Apart from the services as mentioned, G.J.Helmich Ass.N.V. also offers the services of Shipyard Competent Persons (SCP's) trained and certified according the OSHA 1915-7 regulations, and the services of trained Fire-Safety-guards. Local Coast-guard officers were trained as Inspectors Enclosed Spaces, and dry-dock workers received basic safety- training.
Most of these trainings are given by Mr.G.J.Helmich. Equipment used by the Port Chemists are state of the art, including Photo Ionization Detectors, multiple sensor detectors and draeger test-tubes,all properly calibrated.Training and upgrading is a continuous program for all employees at G.J.Helmich Ass.N.V.
